By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the NayaksConnect mobile application (“App” / “Service”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These Terms apply to all users including students, parents or guardians, teachers, and staff associated with Nayak’s Tutorials. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the App.

1. General Terms

NayaksConnect is a digital communication and academic management platform designed exclusively for internal use by Nayak’s Tutorials and its enrolled users.

• Attendance tracking
• Timetable creation and updates
• Homework assignment
• Examination notices and announcements
• Academic progress updates
• Institutional communication

The App does not guarantee academic results, attendance outcomes, or performance improvements. Nayak’s Tutorials reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App or its features at any time.

2. Definitions

• Company: Nayak’s Tutorials Pvt Ltd
• User: Any registered student, parent/guardian, teacher, or staff member
• Service: NayaksConnect mobile application and related features
• Device: Any internet-enabled device used to access the App
• Third-Party Services: Infrastructure or technology services used to operate the App

3. Eligibility & Access

• Access is limited to users officially associated with Nayak’s Tutorials.
• Login credentials are institution-issued and non-transferable.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials.

Unauthorized access, impersonation, or misuse may result in immediate suspension of access.

4. License to Use

Nayak’s Tutorials grants users a revocable, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use NayaksConnect strictly for institutional and academic purposes, in accordance with these Terms.

5. User Responsibilities

• Use the App only for legitimate academic and communication purposes
• Ensure accuracy of information submitted by them
• Not upload false, misleading, abusive, offensive, or unauthorized content
• Not interfere with the App’s security or functionality

Violation may lead to suspension or termination of access.

6. Academic Information & Content

• Attendance, timetables, homework, notices, and academic records are uploaded by authorized staff.
• Nayak’s Tutorials reserves the right to modify, update, or correct such information at any time.
• The App serves as an informational tool and does not replace official institutional procedures.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, design, content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with NayaksConnect are the exclusive property of Nayak’s Tutorials.

• Do not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the App
• Do not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Do not remove or alter proprietary notices

8. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services for cloud hosting, notifications, data storage, security, and analytics. Nayak’s Tutorials is not responsible for disruptions caused by third-party providers.

9. Restrictions

• Do not license, sell, rent, lease, or commercially exploit the App
• Do not grant access to unauthorized individuals
• Do not use the App for unlawful or non-academic purposes

10. Suspension & Termination

Nayak’s Tutorials may suspend or terminate access for violations, misuse, or cessation of association with the institution. Action may be taken without prior notice.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Use of NayaksConnect is subject to the Privacy Policy of Nayak’s Tutorials, which governs collection, use, and protection of personal data in accordance with Indian law.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in the relevant jurisdiction of Nayak’s Tutorials have exclusive authority over disputes.

13. Amendments

Nayak’s Tutorials may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
